Notice: Bretonia and Kusari factions

Seeing as things have gotten out of hand lately between the various groups of Kusari and Bretonian factions, A few of us got together and decided to draft a "Rules of Engagement" guideline. Which is shown below.

Rules of Engagement
Applies to all Kusari/Bretonia aligned Factions who sign it.

1. Promote battles to take place on open space rather than close to a Planet/Base/Stationary Battleship. Do not under any circumstances repeatedly fly towards a Stationary Battleship and/or Station unless you plan to actually retreat. Shieldrunning is of course allowed, but don't do it in conjunction with running towards a Stationary Battleship and/or Station and use its turrets as cover-fire.

2. Be reasonable in your usage of capital ships. For example don't send Battleships into a Fighter-only fight. Of course, self-defence always overrides anything else. In this sense, do not use Capital Ships or Repair Ships to give bots to Fighter/Bomber crafts. Let the Fighter/Bombers share their bots if they want to, and the same isolated trade of bots should apply between Capital Ships.

One can argue, that handing over bots from a Battleship to a Gunboat isn't fair if the Gunboat is currently engaging only Fighters. In this case it really depends on the situation, common sense is applied.

3. Promote these two Rules of Engagements to independent characters, and make sure they change their mentality in combat. Also remember, should you spot any member of a signed faction or an indepedent player breaking any of these guidelines, forward the matter to your respective faction leader can deal with it. Do not fall into the easy trap of revengeful acting, as it will only lead to an evil cycle that is bound to put us in the same situation where this mess started.

I would like to ask the faction leaders of each combat oriented faction to show sign of supporting this.
