Yes, this time you were carrying niobium ore, but your previous actions were not forgotten, so what did I do? I fined you!! Yeah evil KNF officer leving fines on cardi smugglers!
Why 10 million? Well firstly, because you had 5000 units of cardamine. Second because you didn't drop it, and third, because you docked on our planet and escaped by an unlegitimable way due to game mechanics.

Now, I have to hear your complaints because you can't accept the concecuences of your actions.
But don't worry, next time, I'll shoot you on sight (if you haven't renamed your ship already), and you will lose your precious ore... oh right... instead of shooting you down, I fined you 10 million, but... you know, I could have shot you, and make you lose 5000 units of Niobium ore... way more than 10 million right?

I have read the Kusari Legal Codex very carefully now and still do not understand the action taken by the KNF Member.

According to the Explanation previously posted the 10 Mio SC fine is because of:

1. owning 5000 Cardamine in the past somewhere in Kusari.

2. Refuse to drop the cargo.

3. docking on a Planet inside Kusari.

Well and thats the Problem...according to the Legal Codex the fine should have been 5 Mio SC for owning Cardamine. Neither Number 2 nor Number 3 are listed in your Law.

So could i now please have an Explanation from the KNF why one of our ore Haulers paid 10 Mio SC for this Crime?
From my Point of view this is an act of Piracy from your Officer.


Concerning the Ban from Kusari:

Succeeding in resisting arrest or refusing to pay a fine will lead to the criminals list, to be removed from there requires the original fine paid and an addtional 10M fine.
Court martialled officers and traitors will not be removed.

So that means for another 10 Mio fine the Hauler is allowed to go back? or better say for another 5 (5 mio already paid too much from the original fine).

Hope to get an Answer on this matter soon.
