He RUN from KNF Officer, DOCKED AGAINST THE RULES at one of Kusarian Bases, and now you dare to ask why this fine is so high ?

First of all, read ID description of Zoner Guard and Whale.

Then, think about it. If you stopped guy once with smuggle and he run, you meet him two days later demanding 10mil (which frankly he should pay 15 cause : 5 for the first time meeting which he run and docked without dropping cargo and paying fine = break of kusari law, second time meeting 10 mil fine for previous actions)

Crimes which your hauler committed gives KNF whole right to place him on Criminal list = ban from kusari space = kill on sight.

That should be enough explanation.

Are you even a member of the KNF? If so that would be quite a disappointment.

Well so the Answer really is: he did something wrong, so we can do whatever we want..great, maybe you should think about disrupting Lanes and jus get money from everyone..so theres no more need for some pretended "we are the law" roleplay. The fine in your codex says 5 mio...so why only take 10? make it a hundred.

you have problems with the zoner guard id and docking on your planet you might talk to an admin bout it...but just go for self-administered justice shouldnt be the way for an official faction really.

I hope someone from the KNF can give a more qualified answer than that.
