Dealing and owning Cardamine and/or Liquid Cardamine is forbidden and fined.
Fine: 5M, cargo destroyed on spot

Succeeding in resisting arrest or refusing to pay a fine will lead to the criminals list, to be removed from there requires the original fine paid and an addtional 10M fine.
