Civilian Gallic Tech outside of Gallia...

Ok so let see Gallic Freelancer (there are freelancer in gallia) in His freighter can leave Gallia correct.. He Could have Gallic turrets on his ship right??... Flying around Sirius He could buy different Ship right... now ... Can He keep Gallic turrets on His ship or We look at this like incompatible equipment.

It says he can leave in his freighter. He can travel Sirius trading. If he sells his ship, the equipment goes with it, seeing as no where in the statement does it say you can fly non Gallic ships with Gallic equipment on them. I'll check again, but I'm pretty sure the tech chart still forbids it also.

If the admins wanted Gallic tech outside of Gallia right now, they would have said so in that statement and they would have updated the Tech Chart. Neither have happened. Until they do, the answer is no, as it is against the current rule set.
