Quote://Nice to see that more people are interested in our event:)
Off to the questions:
Quote:As long as we don't have too many people CDing each other at the start (maybe at least let us get out of Gamma before we start hassling each other?)
Actually it would be quite sensible to start playing dirty after leaving Gamma and not already infront of the party crowd. noted!
Quote:Is there going to be a thread for us to post our screenshots and any boasting etc.?
Another good idea, i will get a RP post online today or tomorrow. Actual boasting, insult flingign and so on should be done in the group chat to entertain the party guests and to keep everyone up to date what is happening, aka we will ahve a live feed on big screen onboard our partyboat
Quote:we have to be in the group, but do we have to take the same route?
You only have to be in the same group - routes may vary from the direct/obvious path to the longer, sneakier ones
Quote:Why artifacts and not cardi/slaves?
:nono: All slaves will be freed, all cardi burned - this is ...<strike>SPARTA</strike> GAMMA!!!:P
So generally speaking, to get the whole idea a bit clearer: In O-Gamma all Corsairs and friends/allies/supporters/fans of the empire are invited to join a party, complete with a bar, a band, a dancefloor, food and everything else. This is purely for lighthearted rp, get to know each other a bit, rub shoulders with the hig&the low, develop and actually "play" ones char outside of combat for a bit of time. This should happen in local chat - we will be flying around to not annoy folks who don't want to take part in the event
The actual racers are the main show event and will be broadcasted live on big screen in the party boat- this will be simulated by the group chat - so all the racers may be as talkative as they want to deliver a "show" and report what is happening along the road.
I am updating the rules with all the questions and so on into the first post in order to have everything in one place!
you show up late, but quite at the right time amigo! I am here with my main coordinator of the festivites and after some short discussion we agreed that more show acts would fit the high holiday muy bueno - or as he said "funky". Only one question remains for us...does your hermano Big Ben know any Tango, Salsa, Samba or Merengue?
If the answer is yes, consider yourself hired. I suppose you will surprise us and our honored guests with the catering? I personally wouldn't mind to see some original Pittsburgh BBQ but the choice is yours, si?
Of course your expenses and your showmastering will be paid in sirian pesetos, just hand me the bill descreetly señor!
