The 'war ruling' only applies to faction specific traders ... Examples, and ONLY examples here.
[KNF]Trader would be considered to be at war with [SF] and vice versa.
[T]Trader, who's other chars are in the [KNF] is not at war with [SF] and the reverse.
So [T]Pirate could be considered to be at war with the House military in question, if IDed and
tagged as that particular pirate faction.
[T]Military trader would get the same treatment from pirates of their houses, only theirs.
Everyone needs to be carrying their faction lettering, tags and IDs to be considered at 'war'.
