I am the member of a military force. I see an enemy. Per request of the rules, I can tell my enemy three things before I can kill him. I do not, I repeat, do not have to tell them my life story before killing them.

I use the Inigo Montoya method:

"Hello, my name is Inigo Montoya."
"You killed my father."
"Prepare to die."

Now on to your other issue: "Interrupting" roleplay. It's a dangerous world. It really is. You can go outside, stretch, take a sip of your coffee, walk down the street, then get hit by a drunk driver. If you want to stay safe, then stay on or near your bases and RP there.

So lemme' put this in big bold print:


[size=medium]If you don't want to be killed, then do something like fight back, apologize, or what ever other words are synonymous with making nice. You are our enemy. We will kill you. That's war.
