Client Side Lag

Bamberg - the same thing since one or 2 weeks.
The server is really odd. 10 min ago 2 VHFs and me in transp shoot one vhf and was not able to take down its shield,he bumped all around the place and when I checked the lagg of everybody nobody had any....
The server is a bit odd this days.
Mr. House your friend needs internet with good international connection,there are some providers who offer fast national connection but bad international connection since the international traffic is more expensive then the national one.Good connection will solve the problem.
