Hypothetical Scenario

Hey folks, in this scenario Cardiff Mining Facility in Cambridge, the station suffers from a large internal explosion from the cargo bays. Leading to major damage and calls for aid.

This in turn has led to the facility to halt its export of Beryllium, and the demand for processed materials and manpower increases to try and get the station up and running again.

I ask this scenario because I'm trying to toss ideas around for little disaster events for the project I'm a part of. Who would suffer? Who would profit? What would the local powers do? Would pirates try to raid aid transports?

Trying also to see if the team can code things to lead to more things happening in 'quiet' areas.
