I think we need more unlawful fighters/bombers/gunboats, on BOTH sides of the war, and fewer cruisers/battleships. Gunboats are (in my opinion) the best ship for pirating, yet we only have three(?) available to pirates. I see something intriguing in the beta's helpfile, the 'Scorpion' gunboat, but I haven't been able to play and check it out yet.

Corsairs have the advantage of the best shield busters, and the fact that those shield busters have the same projectile speed as codenames and Nomad guns. BIG advantage. They're also the only unlawfuls with good RP for having a bomber, though that's fixed in the next version.

And the Osiris is one of the best battleships, even if it is the exact opposite of the Corsair gunboat (small and maneuverable compared to large and tough).
