Why is it like that? Well because I want to keep the road open for others to play whichever role they want, there's nothing to be gained by railroading our RP... as pure drug dealers and Nomad fanatics.

This is true, they have a law that Nomads are not to be attacked, and only a select number of Outcasts feel that way about the Nomads.

Others can dislike or ignore them all they want, they just can't attack them legally in Maltese law.

So this is just a bitter "We lost two carriers, three or so gunboats and now we're pissed even though the Keepers were totally justified" thread.
