Also, a Council Destroyer was in Liberty a day ago. But enough of the rest of what's going on, what I offer you is information that is being conducted without anyone else knowning. It is obvious that you, the pilots and starship officers are far better pilots, despite some, "Lower Grade" weapons, showed your oppressors the true calling. I too have fended for myself, as well as avoided Xenos, that have plagued the trade lanes. I offer my services.
