People are going to do what is fun for them.

An invasion of Liberty? Very fun, been in those on both sides of the fence.

Sitting around Omega-7 while someone else gets richer? Not so much fun.

Again, military factions are not under any obligation to protect you. Or the police factions. They are here to have fun just as much as you are. Being in a police or military faction does not mean you are stuck with being public protector 24/7. You are playing the role to the best of your ability and with the aim to have as much fun as possible.

What's my point? Stop telling them what they should do and take care of your own.
