Summary: Outcasts do not seem to mind us as much outside of the Tau region. Relations between Outcasts and the Hellfire Legion seem to be on the decline.

-> Personal note: Considering the relations between the Lane Hackers and the Outcasts, as well as the sheer number of vessels, Apollyon would not have engaged. The Bounty Hunters made their choice to engage superior forces. There were two outcast fighters, two lane hacker fighters, and at least two vessels belonging to the Hellfire legion, which were outside sensor range.
