OSC-Azores places a bounty

Inigo Montoya sits in his captains chair aboard the "Azores", thinking about what happened last night. He has time for it, since the Enterprise-class liner is docked on Los Angeles for repairs. After a while, he says to his first officer, Lt. Fernandez: "I've made a decision about this. This trigger-happy Rogue has to be stopped. Not only for us or the OSC, but for all traders within Liberty. Somebody who fires without a warning on a civilian Liner with more than 2,000 innocent people aboard is not a pirate anymore, he is a terrorist. Lieutenant, open a Sirius-wide com-channel. But please use an encryption to broadcast this only to all lawful bases" The Lieutenant did what she's told, and after a few seconds the following message is send:

Greetings.
This is Inigo Montoya, Captain of the OSC-Azores.
I'm authorized by the OSC supervisory board to offer all lawful pilots within Sirius a bounty on the head of the Rogue Lt.John.French. We will pay 3 millions for each successfully done destruction of his ship and equipment until the total sum of paid bounties reaches 15 million credits or the OSC supervisory board decides to suspend the matter.

For succesfully claiming the bounty, all interessted pilots are asked to answer this request and provide evidence, that they are friendly to the OSC and have an at least quasi- or semi-lawful ID prior to go hunting. Every pilot who meets these requirements will be accepted automatically. Before the OSC pays, bounty hunters have to send guncam screenshots of the destruction and location. We will not pay for any actions you take within the Connecticut-system or in some remote guard systems!
