Goals: Evaluate the long term effects of the Texas Incident on the System and evaluate possible
Radiation hazards to the populace on Planet Houston.

Tasks:

1. Gather relevant data on gate construction in general, and establish a baseline for gate construction

2. Attempt to figure out what happened that triggered the Gate's Detonation

3. Get Radiation samples from the "Grande Negra" and the "Pequena Negra" fields, as well as Radiation
Samples from within One Kilometer of the planet.

4. Set up automated reconnaissance Drones on the Planet Chisos to determine if the planet was made
barren by the Detonation of the gate.

Estimated Time to Completion of task:

1. Once Contact with DSE and Ageira has been Established, and Data is sent to the Phoenix.

2. See Number 1.

3. Once External Antennae array has been modified to gather detailed information on the radiation at ground Zero. (5 Days)

4. Once the Drones have been Outfitted with Radiation Shielding and expanded data storage banks(2 Days)
