I notice you've forwarded this to the Kusari Naval Forces as well, Miss Hinode - So I may as well a statement to them regarding the matter, hitting two birds with one stone as the saying goes.

The captain of this vessel was obviously far outside his jurisdiction and as I've stated, he'll be receiving severe disciplinary action. I'd ask that if you spot an idiotic Navy captain, such as this one, within your borders again, that you swiftly haul his arse back to Liberty using whatever means possible - As I'm sure you're well aware, those ships aren't cheap. Of course, this is merely a personal request and you're more than entitled to decimate the ship on sight.

As for compensation, you may demand whatever you wish - It is likely that statements from each of the three thousand passengers will need to be taken and I'm sure the Liberty courts system will provide the appropriate refund.
