While I think it would be fun, I have to disagree. This would only effect the winner of a PVP who had lost their weapons or someone who was severely losing and fled the battle. And as it has been mentioned before, rare items like codenames can only be looted once per character.

As far as NY & noPVP/RP I agree, the no PVP/RP system should be moved (if not a new, dead end system with no NPC's and a single zoner base appended from NY)
