Denying a mercenary is completely fine. I do not care about that.
However, when you want to state your intentions of doing so, don't use information your character has no idea about. This post right here, is based on a deal setup between the AFA and the Reavers, on a communication you have absolutely no access to. You could argue that it's your characters that are being attacked, unfortunately no Reaver has yet to even tried to claim a Junkers Congress bounty, and as such you still have no idea about it.
The Blood Dragon connection excuse is unacceptable. I could claim I know the Junkers are helping Liberty with H-Fuel, tell this to Rheinland and use my character's past history with the Hessians to find out about it. Even though the communication is set between the Junkers Congress and the Liberty Government.
