Maybe the equivelant for each house 'Air Force One', but that'd be it

Actually "Air Force One" is just a callsign for any USAF aircraft transporting the POTUS, likewise Marine One is the callsign for a USMC aircraft transporting him. But yes, a flagship would be dandy.
