First of all, Commander Bonello hasn't been leading the 101st for years, you are relying on very outdated information there. The current Highest ranked Ghost is Administrator Dennis Jameson. And he usually has other business than sorting out the applicants. That's the job of us Captains.
Secondly, from reading through your biography you are one of those immigrants that have settled over from Liberty. We've many of those, believe me. You seem to have understand the basics of being an outcast and what we have to deal with out here. That's good, actually better than many other immigrants, yet it is also a requirement to live alongside us. So it is not enough to join us. A potential Ghost has to grasp the full meaning of being an outcast, something I am not sure you have done, yet.
In short, your application is denied for now but you may feel free to reapply at a later date.
