Good morning Gentlemen, I trust that you are well. Several more successful trade missions have been completed on the Yokohama, and Kento tells me that he finds the lanes rather clear as of late. The matter with both the inknown junker as well as Mr. French seems to have been resolved, as we've heard no trace of them. A bounty was also recently placed on The-Hidden-Treasure by our friends at Deep Space Engineering, so with any luck we will be seeing less of him as well. As far as my own department is concerned, I fear that we must simply wait and pray for these foolish embargos to be lifted, and that no more are put in place.
In other news, I am pleased to learn of Atlantis station's safe arrival. However, I do find myself questioning its placement in Magellan a bit. We all knwo that neither the Liberty Navy nor the Bretonian Armeed forces have clearence to patrol Magellan as much as we'd like them to, and we are well aware of the heavy hacker presence there. Also, with both Newark and Waterloo sttaions in relatively close proximity I simply do not see the third for a third, highly vulnerable base. Perhaps if we were to move the station into the taus, sigmas, or omegas, where we have a relatively small presence, such a move would be more beneficial. Fo example, should we be able to move the station into Omega-7 and secure clearence to move silver ore into Kusari from Bretonia, the station would allow us to keep a sizable stockpile available for trade missions and open up a very new and very profitable route.
Please consider this with an open mind Gentlemen, and I bid you all a very good day
