In cooperation with some Alster engineers, we salvaged a few disabled vessels around Hamburg and Dresden. We more or less got them repaired into working condition again, though they're not as efficient as the original ones, they still should come in handy for training.
Indeed, we've moved the three vessels into Braunschweig along with a repair crew, you can request access to them by sending a message to the High Command.
The first one is a Guardian, the main combat vessel of the Liberty Navy. It's slow as a pack mule compared to the ships we have in Rheinland, but it makes an excellent multi-role fighter for those who are experienced at handling them and it packs quite a punch. It's equipped with Vengeance cannons and a pair of debilitators.
The second is an Odin we picked up from one of the mining fields in Dresden. Apparently they wanted to set an ambush up but the ship got smashed by a pair of rocks, took some time to patch it up. I have to give my compliments to the designer of this vessel class at any rate, it's similar to the Wraith in a lot of aspects but has an extra gun and a slightly worse agility. It's equipped with Natterturns and two debilitators.
Finally, we took in a Sabre, Bundschuh Lugers as equipment. The ship's a mean opponent, not only do those seven guns hit you hard, it's also rather agile for its size and equipment, definitely we should get in some training against this class of vessel.
Right, what you need to keep in mind:
Again, if you want access to the ships, request it from a High Command member or me. Any unauthorized access to the training vessels will be punished.
Never take the training ships out of Braunschweig under any condition. Same retorsions as above apply and you are going to be standing against the press if some civvie notices us flying a Guardian.
If you want to modify the ships' equipment, inform the High Command and make sure the original guns get back to the Armory. I believe we also salvaged some Krakens during a fight in the Omegas, you can find them in the Armored Transport.
Finally, try not to destroy the training ships and make sure simulation mode is turned on when you take them in for a fight. This specifically applies to you, Kulzer.
Signed,
Admiral Alec Voelkel,
Oberkommando der Rheinland Militär.
