Today I received my newly outfited Lynx Royal fighter and I am pleased to report it is very impressive indeed.
I was keen to try it out on the front line, so I departed from Dijon Station and made way for Leeds. Upon my arrival I had a nice look around, it did not take much time to attract the attention of the local police force. An officer of the Bretonian Police Authority made contact with me by demanding that I leave the system. Of course I did not conform as no outsider has authority over a Naval Officer.
Upon closer inspection of his craft, I noticed that he was holding two (2) members of the Royal Navy as prisoners, this enraged me. I demanded that he release them at once. He attempted to arrange some sort of deal with me, whereby he would release them if I agreed to leave the system. I considered it, as what mattered most was the safe return of our men, but soon come to the conclusion that if need be, I could free them by force.
All of my weapons were ready to go, when out of no where came a Mercenary... A Reaver to be precise. He greeted me and then offered his assistance. I politly declined as I was unsure of his intentions, however after a few moments he opened fire on the Police Officer, disposing of him in a matter of minutes. He then tractored the Naval personal on board his ship but just as I was going to open fire, he sent them my way. I thanked the Reaver for his free services to the Crown and was on my way back to Edinburgh when another ship caught my eye...
This time it was a freelancer with a Armed Forces signature. I decided to investigate and soon my suspensions were confirmed. This "Babijan" was alsoholding Naval personal, one of which included a Gunboat Captain. I approached the freelancer and demand their release, I am happy to report that the freelancer made the right decision.
All four (4) members of the Gallic Royal Navy are now safe aboard The Battleship Villeneuve
That is all for now
