I just saw your Barge with several ships filling it with scrap metal in New London and had to send it my kudos. I rarely see operations like that.

The Congress is a great faction. I've enjoyed all of my interactions with them, especially those involving Roger Claymore. But I do feel bad about certain parts of that, so to Hawk I apologise and offer to return the bounty money. No sense in having that cloud hang over our heads.
