If Harvesters choices Corsair, then ALL Harvesters would have to be required to get rid of the AI ID, AI ships.
One person that I asked said this: "you're allowed to use the ID so long as you basically act like a corsair"
Which should be pretty easy for an "AI-RPG" Harvester--After all, we have mostly the same enemies: BH, Nomads, Outcasts.
As for going with the Corsair Lore part, I am not seeing that as a hard written rule disallowing role played AI characters prohibited from being other clans.
