Thoughts on battleships

And that's the best reason to give battleships and cruisers very minor shields, but veryheavy armor. Even if nothing else was done to improve or restrict them, I think that it would help. Can't really be sure without testing it out in PvP.

Well, the recharge rate being a problem will be solved by reducing shield strength, but it won't really be more expensive to maintain the nattleships. The reason is that you can just suicide to repair. Er, maybe not the right thing to bring into the discussion...

Well I like the idea of reducing shield strength and uping the armor on big ships. Just feels right flavor-wise. As for the bombers, haven't really looked at the new versions of them. It is only a beta, so changes are probably going to be made on them... Oh, the price of the average bomber has jumped, but it's still insignificant to the cost of a battleship.
