I agree with the idea, pirates of the different colonies will use "captured" house fighters with slightly modifications. Like the Blood Dragons already use the Dragon, the Hessians and Bundshuh will use Banshees and Valkyries, Lane Hackers additionally the Patriot and Defender. Smaller factions get their hands on civilian Fighters only, as they already do. Mollys and Rogues have their own Pirate Fighter Serie.
Also it is time to place at least one more shipyard into each colonie. We are really in need for them, cause of the different house transports going to be implemented and all the other ships.
