ok one of my members came up with a awsome idea last night about loans

heres how it shall work my bank will be stationed in NY with money i will be offering out loans kind of loan shark style with a 25% intrest rate per week to any ship wanting one. in a nutshell

simple really and if you don't pay..... We break your wings

any feedback anyone or any "HORRIBLE IDEA DON'T DO IT" ?
