You haven't answered anything about the DHC-Transmission issue with sound logic or provided solid arguments for your source(s), and you have just recently meta/power-gamed again here (Post #7) which makes the case even more relevant. The very reason I started bringing this up from the point where it was yet isolated around your own message dump was because I knew this was bound to happen.
