Hm. This game is confusing. Since when is stating an outcome of a decision a threat?? "I AM GOING TO KILL YOU!!!" Is a threat, not, "If you decide to make entire organisations hostile for spying on you, you might as well make everyone hostile." Simple fact. Every country, organisation, even corporations have spies. It is just fact.

Also, if someone calls me a liar, that is a insult. Not if I call him out on it. Wow, what the hell. Someone please tell me how someone deals with an insult. It seems that some people only have the usual retort of, "You insult us, die die die!" If you think you can kill people for insulting you, well then damn. There is no point in negotiations at all.
