I stumbled across this thread and I'd like to bump it simply because it is still an issue.
When building up more IMG| characters for Dublin use, I always had to tell people. "Rep BAF fully green, so that a BMM NPC doesn't cause BAF Essex or other stations to shoot you to pieces."
Can we please change it to unfriendly? It fits our roleplay so much better and there is enough rivalry going on ingame, which is covered nicely by the exception in the ID (can't commit bad things, except against BMM...)
