"My friends, today alongside members of the Military we discovered a significant issue that threatens the security of Rheinland and her people. We have discovered two Freelancers using Military Hardware, specifically vessels of Gunboat-Class , and refusing to give up said vessels when ordered to.

Not only that they apparently have they're fingers into the Bretonian Shipyards as a third had a Bretonian Gunboat and entered Stuttgart with it, thankfully it was repulsed along with another one of the gunboats, the third one is unaccounted for unfortunately.

Should you see any vessels with the Master. prefix they are to be considered a criminal element and removed from Rheinland after you have acquired the information on how they keep acquiring these ships.
