Dublin Zones of Control/Sovereignity Discussion

As a common enemy here I'm somehow curious about the way it will really change the current 'armistice upside down' situation. While lack of the hostility between Mollys and BAF already tends to bring troubles to Dublin, you technically suggest giving Mollys some vague souvereignity in half a Dublin. Without really serious cons for Mollys applied in roleplay that is, eh, not good. (I'm sure this point will cause a certain misunderstanding, Dieter, I can elaborate it if you want.)

The problem is that we have completely the same thing now, and we all don't like it, but at least the fact, that it's not approved by anyone, gives a hope that it can change. You're killing our Obi Van, our last hope.

Uh, I also have some doubts about BMM working somewhere outside the proximity to Graves, Essex or BAF partols, since according to what a certain Devon Black from Arranmore said, Mollys are meant to hate BMM so much.

Alltogether, I think that it's in no way a solution to the problems in system. Uh, I mean, what the problems was this suggestion meant to solve?
