I very much like this idea; not only does it make the system more manageable it also revitalizes Molly/Bretonian RP which has been murky of late and gives us more opportunities for inter-faction communication.
I do have a number of suggestions:
1) I agree in giving the IMG a ZoI in Dublin considering the presence of the Hood - I know that members of the official faction do not like conflicts occuring there and it would be a relief if we did not have to police that sector and if the IMG didn't have to put up with firefights next to the Hood.
2) The BAF| adopts a defensive attitude to any and all enemy presences in Dublin - our goal in that case should be to warn civilians of the danger. Other than that we remain at the Essex until either a) we acquire enough reeinforcements to engage or b) the offending parties leave as they were looking for a gank anyway. We do not assist indies that choose to engage on their own, etc. We also will not respond to civilian pleas for help if they choose to ignore our system chat warnings of a lolgank. Additionally, if it is a ganking force that does not pose a threat to civilians we just ignore them until one of the above conditions is satisfied.
3) We allow all involved factions to position capital ships in their ZoI: IMG can have a Solaris Zephyr, Mollies can have Scyllas out the :static:, and we can continue to conserve fuel:P
