Weeeell, the RM has very fascist rules of engagement. That means that if you look at an officer the wrong way, you get vapourised. They might be lawful, but they are bad guys.
What Gronath was getting at, were the fact that pirates that shouldn't be in Rheinland were there. That IS poor roleplay. Mollies should not be active in Rheinland. Period.
