The arrangement for refitting of our ships with the most up-to-date and truly state-of-the-art equipment can be done. We are ready to move our ships to any base you need.

As for the Requirements, I am sorry. I am just a Businessman. Not some High-Tech scientist. But I can tell you what I want in those "AI" ships. We don't want it to learn much. We want it to follow orders. We will primarily will use it to scout out lanes before our convoys jump in the Lanes. Thats all we need it to do. Of course when the convoy is in danger, it should be able to combat a little to save the convoy. Thats all we need.
