• Operative Bio:

Born on Freeport 4 as an only child. His father and mother were fans of extremely romantic and war fiction novels so Black got his first name, Marion, given to him based on a main character from one of his parents favorite books. His father Alan had a long military career behind him, working both as a mercenary and undercover agent for several companies and houses, which made him enough money to supply for his family and live quite the luxurious life in retirement aboard Freeport 4, in a family apartment. Due to the nature of his work, he was often not found home so Black, who by incident happens to hate his first name, got attached to his mother.

His mother, a smart woman, was unemployed since Alans salary was enough to care for the family and then some. Her main concern was for Black to finish school and get a good paying job in some high profile corporation so that he could avoid the kind of work his father was doing. Dirty work. Black however, was the exact image of his father, even though he spent little time with him, the blood ties did their job. Rebellious, impulsive and hyperactive. He wanted action.

While in school, despite all the efforts his mother put in, he just couldn't sit down, be quiet and study. It wasn't his thing. He preferred practical knowledge and learning as he went along through his life. In his second to last year of high school, he showed first signs of anger control management issues. He would get extremely mad at even the most insignificant situation, no doubt due to his hyperactivity and lack of ability to sit idly in one place while doing nothing. In his last year of school, he brutally beat up two of his fellow classmates and smashed four tables because someone accidentally broke his pen. Long ago his mother notice that something was wrong with his anger, but psychiatrists could do very little since Black never had the patience to sit in their chairs for five hours and talk about his life. He thought they were pointless parasites.

After high school, he signed up for military training and covert operations, despite his parents wishes and pleas against it. Due to his near constant activity and movement, he excelled at almost all exercises and routines, fulfilling every in-out type of mission they gave him with sheer success. However, his anger and lack of respect for authority hindered him again. Smoking inside of a military institution, smoking near ship fuel tanks in hangars, humorously commenting on his superiors looks or lack thereof, getting into fights with his colleagues. All of these scenarios didn't show a bright future in the military or intelligence branches. However, his father always pulled all of the strings he could to keep him working, just so he wouldn't turn out to be a failure without a job and career.

After his father died of old age, his mother went to stay with his uncle who was a physician in Liberty. Even though he was torn by his fathers death, he made peace with it and realized that he was out on his own now. The expensive apartment on Freeport 4 was sold and he bought a new ship from the sale money. He got thrown out of the military and intelligence services he was in and he started doing freelance mercenary assignments for high paying parties. The fighter piloting skills that he gathered over his shortly lived career helped him on his assignments, which in return gave him the practice he needed and kept his edge sharp.

Because of his behavior and authority problems, he always had difficulties in being hired by one company as one of their trusted mercenaries or contract killers. This however changed when he got contacted by Silver. She seemed more maniacal than him, and she was running a successful mercenary company of her own. The income was enormous, the pay was good, but most of all, he could do what he enjoyed doing most. Getting mad and shooting everything in front of him just to complete a contract that was given to him. Although, he does claim that he never gets mad but just slightly upset, probably all of the people that ever came into contact with him know that this is not true.

The terms that the Reaver Mercenary Company offered him were more than good, and aside from that he could get some alone time with Silver, even if only ten minutes per day. She's hot after all.
