Guten Tag, Das ist Gefreiter Carl von Manstein of the 88th Rheinwehr Brigade.

In this message I will describe the patrols NR-102 und NR-105. All unsignificant details are being removed.

This patrol finished very quickly. We were about to start a patrol in New Berlin, Frankfurt und Munich with Flieger Nelson when Volksritter, a known Rheinland criminal came nearby. I asked another pilot who was nearby to come and we soon approached and circled him. I run a quick scan on his weapons and on his cargo hold and then I arrested him for his multiple criminal activities. Of course he resisted, so I asked the 2 pilots to destroy his ship. I was in a bomber, so my participation in the fight was very little, even though my Supernova Torpedoes have found their target many times. Unfortunately, none of them were in his hull.

The 2 pilots were jealously fighting the criminal, but the damage that the pilot Heinrich.Galland took was heavy, so I asked him to retreat. He arrogantly didn't comply, so subsequently his ship was destroyed, but his escape pod was tractored by Flieger Nelson. Volksritter, who is apparently a doctor, concentrated his fires on Nelson. The flieger fought bravely but it wasn't enough, so I asked him to retreat. I covered his retreat and then I had a lengthy fight with Volksritter. My Bergerlmir had many times the upper hand against his agile Sabre, but I didn't manage to score a Supernova on his hull, so I retreated too. Fortunately, the scan analysis that my ship conducted before the fight started, is very interesting...






As you can see, the Volksfront pirates started using IMG weaponry in their ships. My hypothesis is that if this continues, many other Rheinland unlawful groups will soon use IMG technology.

In this patrol I was checking the traffic in New Berlin, Hamburg and Frankfurt and after 3-4 hours I had destroyed some transports which disobeyed my orders and the embargo laws. The most significant of these transports, was a DSE Shire which didn't carry G/L Parts and started firing at me. Here's a photo of this transport and afterwards of it's destruction.





Note: He formally apologized for that, he changed his identification papers to Interspace Commerce and paid a fine of 1 million credits for assaulting at a Military soldier.
So, in the next encounters, his record is clear.


I was stationed near Strausberg for some re-fueling and re-arming while I was checking the traffic und I saw wierd transport coming by. I asked him to stop und it complied. I asked the Kaptain what's the type of this vessel und he told me it was a Gallic Train. So I took some photos of it's ship.



Later, I asked him what's his purpose of being in Rheinland und he told me that his House, Gallia, is in a civil war so he ran away from it. He also mentioned that the evil people are the royalists while the good are the Council. Then I asked him if he works for the Council and he declined. I also noticed that his engine was very indifferent from ours und he informed me that they use Oil in their ships. Some minutes later, I let him go.


Afterwards, I found a pirate in the Frankfurt Jump Gate, in New Berlin System named [)(]-"ddwb". I asked him to stop and he didn't comply, so I opened fire and a fight between 2 bombers started. Fortunately, Kommisar Mia Hansen was passing by, so after some minutes I asked her to join. The Hessian scum started fleeing and he jumped to Frankfurt, where I swiftly executed the capital punishment.






After the destruction of the Red Hessian bomber, I was going to Stuttgart when my scanners picked two red contacts, while I was in the trade lane. I left the trade lane and chased the two hostile targets, which were 2 Corsair Titans. As soon as I approached them, they opened fire, so I started dodging, while I was calling Kommisar Hansen to come to my location. When she came, she demanded them to stop but they ignored her. So she engaged. After a brief fight, they started fleeing, but my Cruise Disruptors had a different idea about their fleeing. One Corsair tried to re-engage, but a well-timed Supernova erased his ship.




We chased the other Titan in Stuttgart und thanks to Frau Hansen's aiming skills, neither the second Corsair survived.




After that, I headed back to New Berlin und I thought I finished for the day... or I thought I did. Because after 5 hours had passed, I received an emergency call for Omega-7. Wild ships were sighted.. so I loaded my bomber und headed to Stuttgart waiting for a superior offizer to come by. Interestingly though, in the trade lane to Omega-7 Jump Gate I caught a Hessian Gunboat pirating. I intorrogated it, the captain didn't say many things und he refused to come with me to Vierlande. After he rejected my orders, he tried to flee, but I stopped him and opened fire. The fight was going very well, when suddenly a second gunboat came by. I don't it's exact type, but my analysis found significant amounts of cardamine onboard.. Even though I was against 2 gunboats I continued inflicting serious damage to Lanfeust. Before the final shot, it received generous amounts of nanobots and shield batteries from his friend. Und that thing gave them enough time to bring a third gunboat in the battle scene !




Things have turned to be very difficult if we consider the fact that they are sharing their nanos/bots. So I retreated to the Border Station, while I made them to follow me. There the EMP guns of the Border Station helped me a lot and when a transport came by, I found my chance. I attacked one of the 3 gunboats while they were busy pirating the transport und I destroyed it before they supply it with nanos. Moreover, the transport safely left the area. They retreated and even though I was running low on nanobots and batteries, I was ready to destroy the other 2 gunboats. Unfortunately, a [RHA] was closing fast and entered the fight, so I didn't have any other option but to flee.




My bomber has some moderate damage in the wings and in the engine, but the repairs won't take long. Das ist all for now. Für Rheinland, für Kanzler !
