Circumstances: I was roaming around with another hunter when we found this one by the california gate. he refused to drop his cargo and made a run for Manhattan, but we were able to head him off in the debris field. We tried several times to convinve him to drop his cargo, but he refused. We then proceded to destroy both his ship and his cargo.
