And D.I. I think you missed my point in that thread, which was that Buffalo and the Rogue Destroyer are secret bases, while Yanagi is not, and none of that is because I am the Emperor.

Sails supported the attacks. Benitez didn't, and TBH as far as I recall was undecided (until Zoners with Order attacked Gamma, after that they pretty much signed their own collective deathwarrants).

Basically if the Council of Elders really wanted it to stop, it would have been stopped. If any of the three factions had wanted it to stop, it would have. Anyone who says different it lying. I think the council was upset with some things, and so they didnt feel like stopping it. Thats how rp goes sometimes.
