'successful madmen' we have had here have been solo efforts, and just around the New York area where roleplaying is not an important factor. Others may not get the point, and I'm struggling currently ...
No tag or ID info there anywhere, and neutrality is a two way street. You cannot put everyone at that status
without talking to every single existing faction leader. Flies in the face of the all other diplomacy here.
