Also:

and in addition:

"May also actively hunt Independent Pirate and Molly ID pilots." - not just random unlawfuls (Hessians or Gaians or Liberty Rogues, for example - all of them may attack them during mining or on the way to a place to sell Ore) but only the Mollys, their natural enemies.

It just doesnt' need a fix.
