Alert Station: Ortega's Bar and Grill.

James Waricson sat at a table in Ortega'€™s enjoying a quiet drink and more importantly, minding his own business. He had been sitting there for about an hour just to have somewhere to sit more than anything. On the other side of the room Dina Eralds stood up from her booth and made for the seat next to Waricson. Sitting down she ordered a drink and turned to face her latest prey.

'€œMr Waricson I am from the DiA and I regret to inform you that some of your previous actions have attracted the attention of certain members from within my organisation.'€

At this line Waricson visually stiffened. His expression went instantly from carefree smile to an expression so serious it would rival a judge passing a death sentence.

'€œWere you followed?'€ He said maintaing a straight face.

Doubt flashed across Dina'€™s face for just a second but it was visually none the less this could have been the break she was waiting for. Don'€™t stuff this up she said to herself.

'€œNo'€ she said in hushed tone her face mirroring that of Waricson'€™s.

'€œGood, here'€™s my report. The LSF is redoubling its efforts into Nomad space and the Fatherland itself. Their Intel is good I have been hard pressed to disrupt their troop deployments into Rhineland but my cover is solid and so is agent Argon the espionage will go under way as planned. In 24 hours the LSF high command will be no more and our victory is complete.'€

'€œWell done Waricson. You have done the Fatherland proud.'€ She said as she tried to walk away but before she could stand up Waricson put a hand on her shoulder and guided her back onto he seat.

'€œThere is one more thing you should know'€. After he spoke his mouth stretched into the widest grin Dina had ever seen. '€œI'€™m not a double agent and you'€™re not a contact and I am most certainly not on probation. You don'€™t try to play a player girl next time try something a little less... transparent.'€

Dina was stunned and confused. Seeing the confusion I her face Waricson began to explain it a little slower.

'€œYou don'€™t think i don'€™t know this little ploy you do. You come in here pretend that there are some suspicions surrounding certain agents and wait for them to either straighten up and start performing a little better or if they are an enemy agent you rush them so they make a mistake so you can nab em. I'€™ve seen it thousands of times before so if you want to pull the wool over my eyes then try something a little bit more creative, I'€™ve been at this longer than you have'€.

And on that note he stood up and walked out of bar feeling very superior while his reeling hunter just watched him go.
