Consider in advance IMG's neutrality (predetermined in the storyline) will translate to the same deal they have going on with Kusari/Bretonia: IE not allowing the opposing party's ships to dock at IMG bases on the other side of the border. As I recall Dublin will end up partially contested, but still Bretonian, which would mean GMS ships could not dock at Hood, come that time.
