My first thought "Not another thread for ranting"
My second thought "Not another thread against people who doesn't speak english".
My third thought... if they are harming the game, report them.
You borned knowing english? You learned it when you were young? Or you just forgot how it was when you didn't know english?
Of course you must know english to play here, it's the most important tool to role play... no wait, it's the second one, the most important thing to role play is having a couple of cell brains (english or non english cell brains).
If you don't want to help that people, then just report them. But while you are doing that, remember that in the other side of the computer there is another person trying to have fun too. And let's find out if you feel so good about what you did.
There are 2 types of people who doesn't speak english. Those who want to learn and those who wasn't. We should try to help those who want to learn. If we go and ban all those who doesn't speak english, we would be banning good players whom just need a little help.
Remember that learning a language is not so easy... I've been playing freelancer for 2 years now, and I learned a lot, but I still have a lot to learn too.
If people would have banned me for no speaking english in my first days, I'd never came here (yeah, blame them for not banning me), and I would have stopped playing FL (probably).
And it's cruel, and it's not good to be cruel with other people.

PS3: I'm gonna request a speacial day, to change the language of the server to Spanish, so everybody would need to role play in spanish.
