Target faction: Hessian "Indies"
ID: Hessian ID without a known tag. (Any hessian except RF or RHA)
Information: Hessian affiliated individuals are a danger to our operations, despite not being well organized.
Reward: 2 million credits, per fighter bomber. 5 million for gunboats and empty Hegemons- 8 mill for full Hegemons.

the reason is that we have reports from corporate patrols, and freelancers that a certain group of "indie" Hessians is exceptionally easy to kill.
