Running down the corridors of Ouray, Coral had only one word in mind. "Treason". Hitting the corner of the 5th floor, right next to the Inn, kicking a Junker out of her way, while loading her gun, she slightly remembered times when she was in school running team.
That was so long ago. If any of them remembered her now?
Jumping over a pair of lose cables and a pair of legs that were part of an engineer, trying to fix a problem in some kind of terminal, Coral never figured out what it did or does, her thoughts hit reality again.

What a stupid whore she was. Joining the Xeno Alliance and doing such a damn thing on her second day.
Finally reaching the crewmen floor, she grabed for a passing by guard's arms. "YOU! With me!" she shouted.

The guard, totally overwhelmed by the sudden order, stumbled heavily, went down on his knees, just to get up again, trying to catch up with Coral, getting his rifle ready.

Totally out of breath, they both finally hit the right corridor. F6, Door 12.. That was her room.
"Open it!" Coral ordered the guard. Still a bit shaky and full of Adrenalin, the guard needed two attempts to open the door with his master key card.
With a loud cracking noise, the hydraulics of the door's lock opened. The room was dark. Just a comm unit that wasn't shut off, spend some light in the dark. Reaching with her left hand to the right, holding her rifle with one hand, she finally found the switch and turned the light on. The old neon lamp filled the silence with it's buzzing noise.
"Get up" Coral screamed, aiming her gun at the only bed in the room.
The shocked girl lying it, went on her feet. Not yet able to speak or realize anything, she went up as she was told in the training. 'First follow the order, then ask why' they told her.
"What's going on?" The girl, in Coral's eyes more looking like an old lady, blinked, holding her hands before her eyes to cover them from the bright light, when she suddenly lost control of her body and felt over.
Still not realizing what was going on, lying on the floor naked, looking down her body.She found herself lying in a puddle of blood. Then she felt tired again. 'What just happened?' Her last thoughts were applying her family. Her past. She felt her hands becoming cold, her throat was dry. She tried to gulp but couldn't. Feeling the lose of control of her body, she felt tired. 'So god damn tired' Then everything went dark.

Coral, holding the still smoking gun in her hands looked down on her feet. "Crap" she ranted, as she saw her bare feet staning in blood. "Time for a shower again. One day I'll smell like one of these "ladies" I hate so much..."
That being said, she handed her gun over to the guard. "Get someone to clean that mess up" she hissed, and went the corridor back down, on her way to the restrooms.
That was the most unfortunate start in a day, she had for a while. Executions sucked. Especially executing the rookies, that had not yet earned any medal and were simply shot into space.

"Good bye, July" she wispered.
