Warning bouys at guard system jump holes

This is a role play server. Most factions aren't going to put up a sign that says, "HEY LOOK GUYZ THIS IS OUR MOST PROTECTED SYSTEM WITH ALL OUR L33T TECH. DON'T COME IN OR WE WILL PEW PEW YOU."

Here's a question of my own, Why the Hell would SCRA put up a buoy at the Omega-52 enterances where every friend and family member of Jimmy lolwut can find it? We wouldn't since we have our own way of dealing with intrusions, we kill them, either our players or our own internal defenses do.

Why not simply place weapons platforms on the outside of the jump hole? It's not like the hole won't show up on scanners at the exact same time as the weapons platforms, so it wouldn't be "giving it away".
